  • Identify the training needs and organize in/out house training against requirement
  • Coordinate initial induction training
  • Employee motivation activities and coordination of employee engagement activities
  • Completion of periodical reviews
  • Documentation of different types of training and expenses incurred by an employee regarding his training
  • Arranging and conducting interviews/initials screening the candidates coordinating in recruitment
  • Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievances or issues.
  • Interaction with employees and taking measures to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
  • Completion of employee engagement activity within the stipulated period of time.
  • Successful completion of Ad-hoc activities assigned.
  • Extending courteous reception to customers
  • Establish the complaints in the vehicle after a road test
  • Provide reasonable time and cost estimates for repairs
  • Job allocation to supervisors and monitoring of workflow
  • Regular update to customers on the status of job
  • Explain the final repair jobs carried out with details of parts repaired or replaced during the activity
  • Explain the cost of repairs to clarify the chargeable and free-of-cost jobs carried out
  • Ensure the vehicle is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Collect post-service feedback and carry out any corrective measures if Required
  • Advanced service booking based on existing workshop load and available Resources
  • Educate the customer on do’s & don’ts, general maintenance practices and regular service schedule for the vehicle
  • Inform the customer of the ‘value-added services available through the workshop
  • Should have a valid driving license.
  • Age – Below 40
  • To Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively
  • Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy
  • Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Meeting annual/monthly sales goals and targets
  • Delivering presentations of the company products & product Demos at customer sites, exhibitions etc.
  • Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details
  • Providing feedback to potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery
  • Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company
  • Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities
